Shipping
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive email notifications regarding the status of your order. Order processing may take up to 48 business hours before dispatch. If any issues arise during the preparation or shipping of your order, we will contact you promptly to offer a solution.
The delivery time begins once the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the recipient's location, the carrier, and external factors beyond TribuxStore’s control (such as weather, carrier logistics, or high demand). Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days.
If the order cannot be delivered due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, repeated absence, package rejection, etc.), reshipping may incur an additional cost. If the order includes free shipping and the customer requests an address change after dispatch, an additional charge will apply based on the updated shipping cost to the new destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during the checkout process, based on the recipient’s location, as well as the weight and size of the package.
In specific promotions, TribuxStore may offer free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the website. The conditions for free shipping may vary depending on the type of product, ongoing promotions, or the customer's location.

Secure Shipping

Important
TribuxStore is not responsible for delays caused by external factors unrelated to the normal logistics process (such as weather events, carrier disruptions, customs delays, force majeure, etc.).

14-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for return shipping, and no restocking fee will be applied. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (food, flowers, or plants), custom-made or personalized items, and personal care products (beauty items). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Note: There are no final sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day EU Withdrawal Period
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing justification. The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will inform you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take some time to process the refund.
